Additional Rules Governing Content Posted by Users on the Web Site

As stated above, Comments submitted to the Website shall be owned by Sonoma Arts. However, Sonoma Arts does not claim any ownership rights in the text, files, images, photos, video, sounds, musical works, other works of authorship, or any other materials (collectively, “Member Content”) that you post. After posting your Member Content to the Web Site, you continue to retain your ownership rights in such Member Content, and you continue to have the right to use your Member Content in any way you choose. By displaying or posting any Member Content, you hereby grant to an irrevocable Sonoma Arts any royalty-free, non-exclusive, sublicenseable, limited license to modify, publicly perform, publicly display, reproduce, distribute, transmit and otherwise use such Member Content solely on and through the Web Site, iOS app, mobile website, emails and social channels.
Content posted by Sonoma Arts on the Web Site (www.sonomaarts-tx.com) is protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret and other laws, and Sonoma Arts owns and retains all rights on the Web Site. 
You may not copy, modify, translate, publish, broadcast, transmit, distribute, publicly perform, publicly display, or sell any Sonoma Arts or Licensed Content appearing on or through the Web Site. Sonoma Arts assumes no responsibility for monitoring the Web Site or for inappropriate Member Content or conduct.  

Content/Activity Prohibited.
The following is a partial list of the kind of Member Content that is illegal and/or prohibited to post on or through the Web Site.

• involves the transmission of “junk mail,” “chain letters,” or unsolicited mass mailing, instant messaging, “spimming,” or “spamming”;
• contains restricted or password only access pages or hidden pages or images (those not linked to or from another accessible page);
• furthers or promotes any criminal activity or enterprise or provides instructional information about illegal activities including, but not limited to making or buying illegal weapons, violating someone’s privacy, or providing or creating computer viruses;
• solicits passwords or personal identifying information for commercial or unlawful purposes from users of the Web Site;
• involves commercial activities and/or sales without our prior written consent such as contests, sweepstakes, barter, advertising, or pyramid schemes; or
• includes a photograph of another person that you have posted without that person’s consent.
Certain activities as set forth below are prohibited on the Web Site and is not limited to-

Pricing Policy
At  www.sonomaarts-tx.com  our commitment is to offer convenience, service, and product availability on-line at compelling prices every day, with certain limited time offerings of merchandise at promotional prices. While merchandise offered  will usually be priced the same as merchandise offered at our affiliate stores, in some cases, the  stores may have different prices or promotional events at different times.
Colors
We have done our best to display as accurately as possible the colors of the products shown on the Web Site. However, because the colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
Correction of Errors & Inaccuracies
We endeavor to present the most recent, most accurate and most reliable information on the Web Site at all times. However, the information may contain typographical errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or current. We therefore reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change and update information at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).  Typographical Errors
In the event a Sonoma Arts product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or systems error, Sonoma Arts shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Sonoma Arts shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged.
Term & Termination
Terms are applicable to you upon your accessing the Web Site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These Terms, or any of them, may be terminated by Sonoma Arts without notice at any time for any reason. Provisions relating to Copyrights, Trademark, and Miscellaneous, shall survive any termination.
Notice
Sonoma Arts may deliver notice to you by means of electronic mail, a general notice on the Web Site, or by written communication delivered by first class U.S. mail to your address on record in Sonoma Arts account information.

Children’s Privacy
Our Website is not directed at children. Ordering and Payment

What to Know Before You Order

Please review all information carefully before placing your order, especially your shipping address information. We are not able to make changes or cancellations after your order has been placed. If a mistake was made, please call us at (469) 580-4820  immediately after placing your order and we will do our best to try to assist you.
When you place your order, your form of payment will be authorized (not charged). This authorization ensures the funds for the order are available while your order prepares to ship. Once your order has shipped, your form of payment will be charged. If your order is cancelled for any reason, the authorization will automatically be removed in 5-7 business days. The exact timeframe for removal is determined by your card's issuing bank. We only take orders for items that we have stock of, however items may be cancelled after the order is placed for various reasons.

Returns and Exchanges


Print a pre-paid return SmartLabel® to receive a faster refund!
Locate Your Order – Click on Order Status or click on My Account and select Order History.
Select Your Items – Locate the items you wish to return. If the item was a gift, check the Gift box to receive an eGift card for the refund.
Print Your Return Label - Print your label, pack up your items, and drop them in the mail. We’ll send you an email with your return tracking number.
A fee of $5.95 will be deducted per return. Drop off your return at any USPS facility, with your postal carrier, or schedule a pickup at www.usps.com
Once your return has been processed, we’ll send you a Return Notification email. Please allow 1-3 business days for refunds to be received to your original form of payment once processed.
SmartLabel® can be used for all US addresses including APO/FPO addresses and US Territories. Please contact Customer Service if returning oversized and hazerdous items.
